Love Time welcomes partnerships with high-end baby boutiques, specialty children's stores, concept stores, online retailers, and authorized distributors.
A valid business license, resale certificate, or equivalent business registration may be required.
Minimum opening order (MOQ): USD 800. Styles and sizes may be combined.
Minimum reorder: USD 500. Love Time encourages retailers to replenish best-selling styles throughout the season.
For new customers, 100% payment is required before shipment. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Zelle, and PayPal, where applicable.
For returning customers, credit terms may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
A) In-stock items: 6–10 business days.
B) Made-to-order collections: 30–60 days after the order is placed, depending on order volume and product complexity.
Merchandise should arrive at least 30 days before the beginning of the season.
Estimated delivery dates will be confirmed once the order has been accepted.
Orders are processed through our logistics facilities in Miami, Florida. DDP service is available to wholesale customers who meet the applicable requirements.
Shipping terms may vary depending on order volume and destination.
Orders under USD 1,500: Shipping costs will be invoiced separately.
Orders over USD 1,500: Free shipping within the continental United States.
Each garment undergoes quality control inspections before shipment.
Claims related to manufacturing defects must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
Photographic evidence may be required.
Due to the nature of wholesale transactions:
Love Time may grant territorial protection or exclusivity agreements under specific commercial conditions and minimum annual purchase commitments.
These agreements must be documented separately.
All designs, illustrations, brand elements, photographs, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Love Time.
Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
